WHAT IS COVERED BY THE DWELLING POLICY?

The Dwelling policy is designed for town and rural dwellings when the Home-Guard or FarMate policy types are not appropriate. The Dwelling policy may be used for owner-occupied dwellings or dwellings that are rented to others. As an added service, we provide an on-site field underwriting survey to help you and your agent write the coverage you need.
