WHAT’S INCLUDED IN OWNER, LANDLORD, AND TENANT LIABILITY COVERAGE?

The Owners, Landlords and Tenants policy provides coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising out of the one to four family dwelling you rent to others. It does not provide personal acts that occur away from the insured premises or damage to property of others. The OL&T policy is written by Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company and must be attached to a property policy.
